ValueNations works with a nationwide network of licensed real estate agents to complete BPO valuations and manage REO dispositions. If you're experienced, professional, and looking for consistent assignment opportunities, we want to hear from you.
ValueNations maintains a vetted network of over 50,000 licensed real estate agents across all 50 states. Our agents are the foundation of everything we deliver — and we take the quality and reliability of our network seriously.
We work with agents who are licensed, active in their local market, and committed to completing assignments accurately and on time. BPO experience is helpful but not always required — what matters most is local market knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism.
For agents interested in REO listings, prior REO experience and familiarity with distressed property sales is required. REO listings come with specific servicer requirements, and we need agents who understand how to navigate that process.
What makes a great ValueNations network agent? Local expertise, reliability, and accuracy. Our clients are financial institutions that depend on our reports to make real servicing decisions — so we need agents who take that responsibility seriously.
Once accepted into our network, agents are graded on performance metrics including turnaround time, report accuracy, QC pass rate, and responsiveness. Higher-performing agents receive priority assignment and access to higher-volume opportunities.
We believe in building long-term relationships with our agents — not just filling orders. The agents who perform well with us become a consistent, reliable part of our operation.
Access to a steady stream of BPO assignments in your market area. As your performance rating improves, your assignment volume grows with it.
Qualified REO agents in our network are eligible for REO listing assignments — a valuable source of inventory in any market cycle.
Receive assignments, submit reports, upload photos, and communicate with our QC team all through one streamlined, secure platform — accessible from any device.
We process agent payments promptly upon report approval. Our agents know what to expect and when — no chasing invoices or waiting on lengthy payment cycles.
Our operations team is accessible and responsive. When you have a question or issue with an assignment, you reach a real person who can help — quickly.
Our grading system rewards accuracy, reliability, and professionalism. High-performing agents receive priority assignments and first access to new order volume in their area.
Must hold a current, active real estate license in good standing in your state of operation.
Must be actively practicing in the local market where assignments will be accepted — not a dormant or inactive licensee.
Active MLS membership is required to access comparable sales data for accurate BPO completion.
Current Errors & Omissions insurance coverage is required for all network agents.
All requirements listed for BPO agents apply equally to REO listing agents.
Demonstrated experience listing and closing REO or distressed properties on behalf of institutional sellers or servicers.
Designations such as RDCPro, REO Certified, or similar are preferred but not strictly required for all markets.
Understanding of servicer timelines, occupancy requirements, offer review processes, and closing coordination with institutional sellers.
Complete the form and our operations team will review your application and follow up within 2 business days. We look forward to working with you.
